Statement on AHF’s Violation of Tenant Rights

The AHF (AIDS Healthcare Foundation), an organization that should advocate for the well-being of tenants, is failing in its responsibilities. AHF has been violating our tenant rights by disregarding both federal and local laws. We are subjected to uninhabitable living conditions that have gone unresolved for far too long. To make matters worse, top management has consistently disrespected our community, showing a blatant disregard for our needs and concerns.

These actions are unacceptable, and we are calling for the immediate resignation of certain members of AHF's top management who are responsible for these violations.

It is time for change, and we will not remain silent while our rights are being trampled.
